CALL for 70th Annual Grand Convocation To The Most Excellent High Priests, P.M.E.H.P.s, Kings, Scribes, Companions and Heads of Concordant Bodies. Greetings in the name of the Great I AM: Whereas, The Most Excellent Prince Hall Grand Chapter Holy Royal Arch Masons for the State of Louisiana and Jurisdictions wishes to announce its 70th Annual Grand Convocation for the year 2015. The City of Alexandria, LA has been chosen for the Annual Convocation. Therefore, I, Harold W. Jett, Most Excellent Grand High Priest of the M.E. Prince Hall Grand Chapter Holy Royal Arch Masons for the State of Louisiana, by the power vested in me, I hereby notify you that the Grand Chapter will assemble at the Best Western Hotel, Friday July 17 – 19, 2015, for the purpose of transacting such business as may legally come before it. The Best Western Hotel, Inn & Suites and Conference Center is located at 2720 North MacArthur Drive, Alexandria, LA 71303. (318) 445-5530. The hotel rate is $99.00. We are asking you to make your hotel reservation under our Group Code of PRINCE15, so we can be afforded the amenities of utilizing our Group rates. (PLEASE MAKE RESERVATION UNDER OUR GROUP CODE.) The Agenda and Advance Registration are attached to this communication. The following funds must be remitted: $100.00 - Hospitality Room. Reservation Checklist for Louisiana York Rite Sessions Make reservations early Guarantee with a Credit/Debit Card if possible Request special needs if available Write the Date, Time, and Person that you spoke to for reservations Have a copy of Confirmation Number Ask for reservation confirmation number to be emailed and print a copy or mailed to you Be aware of check in time (usually 4 p.m.) (Do not expect early check in) YOU WILL NEED A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TO CHECK IN. The card is for incidentals. The hotel
will authorize or place a hold on the card for a minimum fee. You can pay with cash at time of checkout, but you must have a credit/debit card to check in for incidentals.
Please notify us in writing of any special dietary needs, such as vegetarian. Do not have open containers. Place in approve containers (we are representing an honorable
institution) All attendees must be registered to participate in any activity including hospitality. Please document any incidents and report to Convention Coordinators Bring all medications. Medication can be refrigerated by hotel, but there will be limited
refrigerators for rooms. Refer hotel matters to Convention Coordinators.

CALL for 2015 Convention of Past High Priests
To All Anointed Past High Priests and Newly Elected Most Excellent High Priests: I would like to send warm greetings as Most Excellent President of our Grand Convention of Past High Priests. I would like to Call a Grand Convention of Past High Priests of the Most Excellent Prince Hall Grand Chapter of Holy Royal Arch Masons for the State of Louisiana to meet Friday, July 17, 2015 at 5:45 pm at the Best Western Hotel, Inn & Suites and Conference Center is located at 2720 North MacArthur Drive, Alexandria, LA 71303. (318) 445-5530. Our registration will be $30.00. This fee includes your yearly dues and dinner. If there are any Past High Priests or Newly Elected High Priests in your chapter who needs the Anointing Ceremony, please send their names along with a $150.00 fee to cover the following: robe, stole, cap, ritual, dues for one year, and jewel necklace; not later than June 1, 2015. We will also need your height and weight for your robe size. Please adhere to the Advance Registration form for sending in your Advance Registration.
