MCOSMOS VERSION 4.2MEASUREMENT MADE EASY WITH POWERFUL FEATURES & FUNCTIONS

GASKET SCANNING FUNCTION allows the user to select the surface which they want to measure and the software creates the full measurement path, avoiding all obstacles including holes.

BEST FIT OF PROFILES automatically positions the workpiece coordinate system (by shifting X,Y,Z or the rotating about X,Y,Z axis) to minimize differences (errors) between measured and design data.

PARAMETRIC PART PROGRAMMING allows you to measure a family of parts with only one part pro-gram. The parameters for the variations of the part, such as: change in length, or change in diameter, can be read from a file, giving flexibility to the operator.

PROGRAMMABLE VARIABLES provides the user with cus-tomization of feature measurement formulas and/or to build your own “What if” scenarios.

CAD TRANSLATOR OPTIONS are available for translation of files from a large variety of CAD software.
