    The following positions may or MAY NOT be currently open. Applications for future vacancies will beaccepted at all times for the following positions:

    1. Child Development Program Assistant. ENTRY LEVEL IS GSE-1702-02 $12.20 per hour

    Experience in child care is required to qualify. Must be 18 years, proof of high school graduation orequivalent, ability to speak, read and write English and successfully pass the health screeningrequirements. References are required. Background check is required.

    2. Office Automation Clerk, NF-0326-01. $8.00 per hour. Operates a personal computer, typesroutine documents, recognizes apparent errors in documents submitted, refers to the samesupervisor or designated personnel for correction. Operate various office equipment to includecopier, fax, shredder and postage meter. May be required to receive telephone calls, assist customers,file routine documents, compile data and perform other routine clerical tasks. Six month experienceis preferred.

    3. Accounting Clerk- NF-0525-01. $8.00 per hour. Performs a variety of accounting clerical dutiespertaining to the maintenance of accounting records involving routine and recurring tasks in areassuch as; accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoice audits, sales audits etc. May prepare

    documents, reports or records by hand or machine and/or automated data entry process. Must beskilled in various accounting machines such as adding machines, calculators etc. Must have generalknowledge of accounting practices and procedures as they relate to the processing and sorting offinancial data or records. Experience in the use of personal computers is required. Six monthsexperience is preferred.

    4. Recreation Attendant, NF-0189-01. $8.00 per hour. Incumbent is involved in one or morerecreational activities such as ceramics, auto and wood hobby shops, golf, bowling and information,tour and travel services. Provides information concerning facilities and operations.

    5. Recreation Attendant (Gym), NF- 0189-01. $8.00 per hour. Performs a variety of duties tocomplete job requirements primarily within the gymnasium and fitness center, but on occasion, maybe involved in other activities such as outdoor recreation and sports program to include all parks,courts and other similar recreation activities. Issues minor equipment to patrons. Ensures equipmentis clean and serviceable upon return by individual utilizing equipment. May be required to lift up to50 lbs.

    6. Sales Associate- NF-2091-01. MCX/Super Seven Day Store- $8.00 per hour. Must be 18 years ofage. Assist and serve customers with merchandise, operate cash register, receive payments, makechange and complete related sales records. Must have basic knowledge of business mathematics.

    7. Waiter/Waitress- NA-2091-01. $8.56 per hour. Must be 21 years of age. Performs work involvedin preparing dining room or party room, serves food, wines and other alcoholic beverages andsubsequent cleaning functions. Must be able to pass health screening.

    8. Laborer-NA-3502-01. $8.56 per hour. Work requires light to moderate physical effort, involvesfrequent lifting and carrying light to medium weight objects of about 10-30 lbs. Occasionally lifts andcarries objects up to 45lbs. May use hand-truck to move bulky but relatively light packages. May rakeleaves and pull weeds as required. Both indoor and outdoor work is required.

    9. Cook-NA-7404-04. $11.06 per hour. Performs a full range of simple cooking tasks by preparingand cooking items requiring little or no processing. Performs all forms of hot cereals, broils meat,prepares and cooks concentrated or dehydrated soups, sauces and gravies; makes cold sandwichfillings. Prepares convenience frozen items, foods by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting,slicing and dicing etc. Weighs, measures, dispenses foods in accordance with portion controls. Mixesingredients according to written recipes. Sets up/replenishes salad bar. Covers/dates/stores leftoversin accordance with established procedures. Maintains accurate food inventories and rotates stockitems to prevent spoilage.

    10. Food Service Worker-NA-7408-01. $8.56 per hour. Sets up glasses, silverware, and butter, Salads,

    Desserts, bread and beverages on service counters as instructed. Serves food cafeteria style to diners.Makes simple sandwiches, separates food waste and trash. Pre-rinses dishes with water to removefood particles before washing. Loads dishes in the dishwasher, stacks and stores dishes.

    11. Bartender-NA-7405-03. $10.07 per hour. Operates a limited service bar such as portable bars forprivate parties and banquets. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, receives andrecords payment at time of sale and maintains inventory of stock. Ensures bar is in presentable andsanitary condition.

    12. Custodial Worker-NA-3566-01. $8.56 per hour. Performs one or more of the following duties;cleans offices, storerooms, corridors, stairways and other areas. Sweeps, dry mops, scrubs, waxes andpolishes floors using brooms, mops, lightweight vacuum cleaners and lightweight floor scrubbers andbuffers. Dusts, waxes and polishes furniture. Empties ashtrays and waste baskets. Frequently pushingcarts and occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20 lbs.

    13. Store worker-NA 6419-02. $9.33 per hour. Performs a variety of tasks related to stockingmerchandise for selection by customers or in a stockroom. Required to observe and project theamount of merchandise needed to maintain stock levels. Refilling stock on shelves and displaycounters; making proper selling prices on a variety of different kinds and sized of items; rotatingstock by stamped code date; assisting in inventories by counting stock on hand and answeringcustomers questions concerning where items are in the store. Dusts shelves and maintains generalcleanliness of area. Walks, stands, bends or stoops and moves arms in filling shelves and counters.Lifts or moves light to heavy boxes or crates frequently weighing up to 50lbs and occasionally over50lbs.

    Appointment will be one of the following:

    Full Time: 35-40 hours per week, medical retirement, annual and sick leave benefits.Part time: 20-34 hours per week. Medical, retirement, annual and sick leave benefits.Flexible: 0-40 hours per week. No hours guaranteed. No medical, retirement, annual or sick leave benefits.

    Candidates selected from the applicant supply file may be converted to regular part time/regular fulltime without further competition.
