MCDU-SIM 1 Creating pages for MCDU-SIM. The text file “MCDUPAGE.TXT” is automatically opened by the program. This text file must contain the definitions of the pages. This file must be in the same folder (directory) as the program. There is no difference between upper and lowercase characters. The first create page will be shown after the program starts. To load additional text files use the command: LOADFILE=filename.txt A page is defined between the words PAGE and ENDPAGE: PAGE=pagename . TLC=EXAMPLE 1LD=<LINE SEL KEY 1 LEFT, CYAN 3RB=LINE ABOVE LSK 3R , SMALLFONT 3RD=LINE SEL KEY 3 RIGHT>, AMBER 6LD=<RETURN, CYAN LSK1L=DOSOMETHING LSK3R=SOMETHINGELSE LSK6L=$RETURN . ENDPAGE Pagename is the name of the page. This name is used to find the page after a selection is made by a line select key, function or mode key. Therefore the page name must be unique. The display exist of 14 lines, each with 24 characters. The top line is the title line. To put text on the title line use the following instruction: TLL=text left aligned TLC=text centered TLR=text right aligned The next 12 line are grouped in pairs. A pair exist of a label line and a data line. The label line is above the data line. The data line is between the line select keys. Text can be place on these lines with the following commands:
