The Legal Landscapeis Changing RapidlyThe Money Carer Foundation is a national social enterprise that provides management services for older people or people with learning, physical or mental disabilities.

We act as the Appointee, Court of Protection Deputy or Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) for our clients and have earned an enviable reputation for the way in which we support vulnerable adults with everyday money management needs.

How we can help...With unprecedented change occurring in the legal field The Money Carer Foundation can help forward thinking Solicitors stay ahead of the curve by allowing them access to our team and systems. In partnership we can support Solicitors who act as Deputy or Attorney by either:

1. Allowing access to our Shopping Card System or;

2. Enabling our experienced team to deal with

everyday money management and welfare

benefits applications.

Available Services Access To Our Shopping Card System

Solicitors who hold a Deputyship or

Attorneyship are able to access our carers

shopping card system. This service aims to solve

the everyday problem of how to get shopping

money to carers in a seamless and secure way.

We are delighted to announce that we have opened

access to this facility so that Solicitors can provide

this service to better support vulnerable clients and

carers who support them in a more cost effective and

secure environment. Our system protects clients and their

carers in a more robust, modern and convenient way. You, the Solicitor, have complete control over access to the card account for you and your team.

Let our team deal with everyday money management and welfare benefits. By working with our team your client and their carers will

get a strengthened circle of care and will benefit from our

expertise and approach to everyday money management

and creative problem solving. Our involvement will

remove the need for you as the Solicitor to deal with the

time consuming and costly (to the client) but necessary

everyday tasks that come with supporting vulnerable

adults and the people who care for them.
