As a CMMI Level 3 organization

currently undergoing ISO 9001

registration, M.C. Dean employs

routine, repeatable engineering

and operations processes based

on industry standards and best

practices along with over 60

years of operational performance

in at-risk environments for our

customers.

M.C. Dean’s approach is a disciplined series of project

tools and Gate Checks to manage and guide the logical

progression of a project.

Standard project execution approach for all projects, regardless of discipline or size

Early planning to effectively and efficiently deliver designs and installations

PKOM Process - Structured Project Kick-off Meeting and subsequent Gate Checks

All disciplines (design, project management, safety, quality, logistics, etc.) are engaged and the necessary planning documents are developed and followed

Ensures the project is executed within established process and contractual requirements

The Pre-Installation, Testing & Checkout (PITCO) process is an

advanced system pre-delivery inspection model.

Housed in a state-of–the-art facility built to meet NISPOM Top Secret certification standards

Staffed full time by more than six highly qualified and factory certified Engineers and Technical Specialists

All systems are kept up to date and tested with the latest software and hardware releases, mitigating the risk of regression errors, and unexpected behavior prior to field deployments

Proof-of-Concepts are vetted and demonstrated early in the design phase of all projects

Validation of design, sub-system integration, system capacity and capability, and functional limitations are tested, validated, and documented PRIOR to deployment

Test and evaluation of new systems and technologies, providing our customers with quantifiable data on capability and performance, prior to purchasing decisions

Every system, sub-system, and component of each customer configuration must be tested, validated, and verified as part of the PITCO phase
