Product Description

QUENCHOIL MB SERIES are quenching oils usedin the process of hardening of metals. They wereformulated solvent-refined mineral base oils. Theyhave low tendency to combustion and formation ofcarbonaceous deposits.

Application/Usage

They are high performance quenching oils which isused to provide hardening of the carbon and alloysteels homogeneously without losing color andstability.

QUENCHOIL MB SERIES can be cleaned easilywith alkaline degreasers. (It is recommended to useBEKU and BEKUSOL MN SUPER for alkalinedegreasing operations.)

QUENCHOIL MB/SOL SERIES are washable withwater unlike other products.

Storage

Protect from direct sunlight and rain. Store in theoriginal closed drums and in covered areas. Storage

temperature must be between (+5)-(+40)°C.

Used or waste productshould not be allowed to contaminate soil or water.Used or waste product should be disposed of inaccordance with local regulations.
