Efesios 1: 15-16. Gracias a nuestro sobresaliente equipo de Catequistas: Kerri Arn-zen, Connie Barrera, Norma Bravo, Neifi Chacón, Guillermina Cruz, Claire Gallagher, Ana Guevara, Dora Guerrero, Corinna Her-nández, Malina Hess, Alicia Huapeo, Karla Morales, Arcelia Pe-layo, Adrián Tapia, Sherry Wurdinger.

- VENTA DE PLANTA 8 am-4 pm.

SEXTO DOMINGO DE PASCUA Hechos 10:25-26, 34-35, 44-48, 1 Juan 4:7-10

The month of May is a special time to honor Mary, our Blessed Mother.

We honor Mary in our prayers and devotions to her, especially in our recitation of the Holy Rosary.

"... for the more she is honored, the greater is the glory of her Son. There can be no doubt that whatever we say in praise of the Mother gives equal praise to the

Son." -St. Bernard of Clairvaux, Father and Doctor of the Church

Each year Catholic Daughters conducts an Ed-ucation Contest and each year a different theme is selected to encourage imagination and freedom of thought. The contest enables members of our church community, schools and Faith Formation to compete and strive for awards while following certain rules. The categories are: art, essay, poetry, computer art, music and photography. The theme for this school year was “The Lord has done great things for us, we are filled with joy.” (Ps. 126). This year we have 32 local winners. Special thanks goes to Catholic Daugh-ter, Lisa Juhring, for overseeing the education con-test. ↓↓
