Parish Secretary- St. Bonaventure Church
St. Bonaventure Church is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Parish Secretary. Responsibilities include: provide clerical support to Pastor, prepare correspondence, receive visi-tors, answer phone calls, maintain sacramental records, and pre-pare weekly bulletins. Preferred candidate must have a High School diploma or GED certificate; minimum of three years related experience; bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred; possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher as well as Outlook; excellent organizational and communication skills; and possess a positive attitude.
