Please include all pertinent information for June, July & August. MODELs (Mostly Older Debutantes Eating Lunch) will meet at 12:30 pm on May 15th at Red Rhino, 618 S. Pine Ave. This is strictly a social activity for all the women of our Church. We meet at various restaurants in the area & have a fun time! If you plan to attend, please email your reservation to [email protected] or call the office by May 13th. Each month we collect a dollar, from each person attending, which is donated to a charity at the end of the year. Boy Scouts Fundraiser - Saturday May, 17th featuring either a chicken dinner or a ribs din-ner. For additional information and to purchase tickets, please see Kelsey Burnette. Sisterhood/Brotherhood Sunday, May 18th - we are collecting “gently used & clean” clothes for Sisterhood/Brotherhood outreach. You can put the clothing into the baskets on the front pew. UMW - Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 20th has been cancelled.

2014 Annual Conference Bishop’s Offering - The offering will strengthen efforts to en-gage young adults in the mission of God & Develop leadership skills both here & in Africa. Half of the donations will go toward scholarships for students at Africa University in Zimba-bwe & half will help launch a new intern program for young adults willing to serve in select-ed communities in Florida. We will receive an offering June 8 as a participation in this ex-pression of God’s mission. Thank you for your support of our efforts to engage the next gen-eration in the mission of God & to develop leaders who have a heart for service & will make a difference in our world.
