Miller will work with RLM Finsbury's leadership team to expand their long-standing offerings in corporate reputation and issues management, public affairs, thought leadership and media relations. A recognized expert on economic policy, budget and tax policy, health care policy, education policy, globalization, the role of business in society, and the role of media in society, Miller is a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress. Miller is the author of two books. The first, The Two Percent Solution: Fixing America's Problems In Ways Liberals And Conservatives Can Love, published in 2003, was a Los Angeles Times bestseller. His most recent book, The Tyranny Of Dead Ideas: Revolutionary Thinking For A New Age of Prosperity, was published in 2009 and has received significant critical acclaim. Earlier in his career, Miller served as senior advisor in the White House Office of Management and Budget and was a White House Fellow, serving as special assistant to the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission. Prior to his government service, Miller was a management consultant at McKinsey Company. Miller earned a B.A. in economics from Brown University, and holds a law degree from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and book reviews editor of the Columbia Law
