I enjoyed using theresources on theblog. I attended afew mathworkshops lastyear that gave mesome ideas. I alsopurchased thePower of 10 thisyear, and found ituseful.

It is great to knowthe support isthere. I feel thatas elementaryteachers, ourplates are alreadyso full, that timemay be a factorwhen trying tobook extrasupport. I will notbe teaching mathnext year, as myteachingassignment isslightly different. no

I think you're doinga great job. Someof us are veryindependent, andreflect and sortthings throughourselves - it'sgreat to watchothers, but in theend we have to flysolo. We work atmeeting the outcomes the best wecan as individuals.The technologicalhelp I need no onehas the time orpatience for. There are toomany to mention. Ichanged the way Iteach maththrough Susan'scoaching. IparticularlyappreciatedSusan's attentionto differentiatedinstruction and theuse of technologyto take pictures inclass and makethe math personal,real, and above all,fun and engaging!

I love it whenSusan comes intothe classroom anddemonstrates alesson for theclass. The childrenare so engaged inwhat she isteaching them. Itgives me greatideas on how toget the studentsengaged in math! I appreciate Susansharing her ideaswith us so that weare able to trythem with ourclass after she isdone with her visitin our school.

I was veryfortunate to be partof the Math Mentorgroup this year!Attending the MathMentor meetingswas an invaluablebenefit to me;because I learnedso many newthings, reaffirmedquite a few of thethings I was doingalready in myteaching of math,and wasencouraged tocontinue todevelop myteaching ofmathematics.Having Susancome to myclassroom to workwith me on furtherdeveloping andrefining myteachingstrategies, alsowas a huge help tome. Having thePD come to mewas awesome! Ilearned so much.


I think what you dois awesome! Theone thing that Iwish could bechanged is thefrequency that aperson/school getsto take advantageof your expertise.This is just anidea, but would itbe possible tohave you visit aschool on a setday of the cycle(ie. every secondday 6 you wouldgo to Davison)?That way allinterested schoolswould get to seeyou throughout theyear, rather thanjust during onemonth of the year.This way too, wecould all get helpwith differentstrands rather thanjust the one we areworking on duringthat month we areworking with you. yes
