REFRACTORY PRODUCTS

Insulating firebrick is a lightweight brick that offers low heat

conductivity of efficient insulation plus the ability to

withstand direct exposure to furnace heat up to 1,800° C.

Castable (Dense or Insulating) is suitable for solving

refractory problems such as corrosion, abrasion, scale and

molten slag to reduce high atmospheric temperatures. It can

be either cast, trowelled or gunned applied.

Mortars available in both heat-setting and air-setting, is

used for layer insulating firebrick.



BIS Salamis reusable insulation mattresses are non-

combustible (BS476) has been extensively developed to be

used across Power generation Petrochemical / Process

BIS SALAMIS FIRE MAT

Introducing the BIS Salamis Fire Mat Flexible Jacket System,

the removable passive fire protection system capable of

withstanding Hydrocarbon Fire and Jet Fire.

Application:

All Fire Mats are custom designed and manufactured to

individually suit each project and the particular configurations

which require protection.

Flexibility:

Fire Mat has been extensively developed to be used across a

broad range of applications typically – pipe work, valves,

vessels, cable trays, gas turbines and electrical installations in

land based or offshore environments.



PRE-FORMED INTUMESCENT EPOXY SYSTEMS

A pre-formed cast version of the two-pack epoxy

coating material that is reinforced with a structural

steel mesh. Components are bolted in place around

object using the object as the support. The system is

ridged and applied over a painted surface.

Long life, maintenance free, excellent corrosion

resistance, capable of taking heavy mechanical knocks,

easy access for routine inspections. Excellent access to

weld and bend inspections and flange covers



RIGID STEEL ENCLOSURE

Rigid enclosure made up of flat steel faced panels enclosing

an insulation system and incorporating a support frame.

Access hatches cut in system to allow inspection.

PERSONNEL PROTECTION CAGES

Provides personnel protection insulation to lines that do not

require heat conservation.
