    Player A stands 10 meters away rom Player B

    and the goal. Player A dribbles towards Player B.

    When the two players are within touching distance,

    Player A quickly side-steps to draw Player B out o

    position. Player A then passes the ball to one side

    o Player B and runs past him on the other side to

    meet it.

    Player A runs with the ball towards Player B. When

    both players are within touching distance, Player A

    side-steps and turns while shielding the ball. When

    Player A has his back turned to Player B, he puts

    his oot on the ball and careully brings it around

    with him in one motion.

    Player A starts near the edge o the area acing

    Player B and the goal. Player A dribbles towards

    possible. When Player A is within an arm's

    reach o Player B, he uses the back o his oot

    to roll the ball up against his ront heel and fip

    Player B to complete the move.

    Player A and Player B stand opposite each other in

    the center o the square, either side o the inside

    cone. Player A takes the lead and makes a run

    to any cone on his side o the square with or

    without the ball. Player B has to mirror As move

    and make it back to his starting position at the

    same time. The drill is repeated in random order by

    the leading player with and without a ootball.

    QUADRADOStart at any cone on the outside o the square.Dribble into the center o the square and leave

    the ball by the inside cone. Run halway around

    the outside o the square and cut back inside to

    Player A and Player B start on opposing sides othe line o cones ar right and ar let. They run

    towards each other, weaving through the cones

    and meeting in the center. At this point, Player B

    criss-crosses with Player A and Player C passes

    to either player at the top o the area. Whoever

    receives the pass ollows through with a frst-touch

    shot.

    Set o at the starting point o the cross. Dribble in andout o the rst line o cones, through the center and

    out the parallel side o the cross leaving the ball

    by the end cone. Run through the two lines o cones

    on your side o the cross, without the ball quickly

    side-stepping between each cone and back again to

    retrieve the ball. Complete the nal line o cones with

    the ball, stopping it dead by the end marker.

    Start with your back to the line o cones. Makea backheel pass, turn and within your rst-step,

    accelerate onto the ball. Control the ball at speed

    VERSUSPlayer A stands 10 meters across rom Player B.Player A makes a rm pass along the ground to

    player B, who is standing inside the box. Once the

    ball is received, Player B must decide instantly

    which direction to run in and sprint towards either

    side o the box. Player A tries to win the ball rom

    him beore he makes it outside the box.

    Three players begin in a triangle ormation, withPlayer A and Player B in line with each other. Player

    A makes a short pass to Player B. Player B receives

    it and quickly passes the ball back, continuing to

    run around the side o the deender. Player B puts

    in a cross, just in ront o the deender or Player A

    to run onto. Complete the drill at maximum speed

    and work together to outsmart the last deender.

    DRIBLE RPIDODribble through the frst fve tightly-spaced cones,then the next our wide-spaced cones at speed,

    keeping close control o the ball. Complete a ull

    circle around the fnal two cones, fnishing with a

    shot on goal. Repeat without a ball, navigating the

    cones with ast side-steps and a top-speed sprint

    or Player B to head home.
