The UCA College of Business is dedicated to the success of each student. We recognize that business leaders must have technical knowledge, critical thinking skills and be able to communicate ideas in a collaborative environment.

The focus of the MBA Program is in helping you succeed. We believe that your education is more than attending class and completing assignments. It is the relationships you build with other classmates and faculty. It is appreciating the intricacies of making difficult decisions. It involves meeting personal challenges in and out of the classroom. Ultimately, it is learning more about yourself and your potential. Students benefit from faculty who are leaders in their field and are committed to your success.

The UCA MBA Program is a thirty credit hour program. It consists of a core of seven courses plus three electives which can be taken in a variety of scheduling options to meet each student’s individual needs. International students will have the option of structuring their studies to create a program of study that fits their personal desires and career aspirations. Within the coming year, the program will offer areas of emphasis in Accounting, Finance, and Management Information Systems.

In order to better serve our international students, UCA College of Business offers 3 options to help inform students about the cost of tuition, fees, room and board that they will incur in their time completing the MBA.The cost to the student is an all-inclusive rate and is based on current Board approved tuition and fees, plus housing and meals necessary for the student’s time on campus. The cost also includes items pertinent to international students, such as the International Administration Fee and International Insurance. The rate includes an inflationary amount to cover potential fee increases while the students are in the program.
