1 Master Guide S4SCSD 2.0

This Master Guide provides information about the components and guides which are required during the implementation of the business scenarios of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain for secondary distribution 2.0 FPS03.

Purpose

This Master Guide is the central starting point for the technical implementation of S4SCSD 2.0 FPS03. You can find cross-scenario implementation information as well as scenario-specific information in this guide.

Use the Master Guide to get an overview of S4SCSD 2.0 FPS03, its software units, and its scenarios from a technical perspective. The Master Guide is a planning tool that helps you to design your system landscape. It refers you to the required detailed documentation, mainly:

● SAP Notes at https://support.sap.com● SAP library documentation at https://help.sap.com/viewer/index

Localization

S4SCSD 2.0 is available in the following languages:

● German deDE● English enUS● French frFR● Italian itIT● Spanish esES● Portuguese ptBR● Russian ruRU● Polish plPL● Romanian roRO

Constraints

The business scenarios that are presented here serve as examples of how you can use SAP software in your company. The business scenarios are only intended as models and do not necessarily run the way they are described here in your customer-specific system landscape. Ensure to check your requirements and systems to determine whether these scenarios can be used productively at your site. Furthermore, we recommend that you test these scenarios thoroughly in your test systems to ensure that they are complete and free of errors before going live.

Master Guide S4SCSDMaster Guide S4SCSD 2.0 PUBLIC 3

This Master Guide primarily discusses the overall technical implementation of S4SCSD 2.0 FPS03, rather than its subordinate components. This means that extra software dependencies might exist without being mentioned explicitly in this document.

NoteS4IDM is currently only supported in an SAP Fiori embedded scenario. Components S4SCSD 200 and embedded SAP Fiori Front-end server deployment with UIS4SCSD 200 on the same server. See SAP note 2392559 .

Business Scenarios of S4SCSD 2.0

Tele Sales (TS)

The purpose of this scenario is to provide the Tele Sales agent with an environment where the agent has all necessary customer information available on one screen. The information includes:

● Customer history● Customer notepad● Customer credit information

A possible SAPphone integration supports automatic customer search by telephone number and outbound calls.

A pre-scheduling popup informs the agent about possible and preferable delivery time slots.

From the Tele Sales screen, the agent can create sales orders, contracts, quotations, and inquiries.

Data Collation (DC)

The purpose of this scenario is to provide the employees in the downstream logistics department with an application to simplify and automate the posting of logistic documents. Main scenarios provided are:

● Standard Data Collation● Vehicle-related Data Collation● Forwarding Agent-related Data Collation● Process Orchestration

The possible integration of S4SCSD interfaces allows the connection of external partners such as depots or forwarding agent companies.

Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO)

The purpose of this scenario is to the management of stock and the automated processing and clearing of incoming Point-of-Sale transactions with clearing houses, the dealer working at the station and fleet card holders. This functions are available:

● Road Map● Gantt Chart● Document Overview● Resourcen List● Vehicle Overview● Multi Function

Switch BC Sets

Some information concerning the behavior of Switch BC Sets:

● Local test: You can test the behavior of single SBCS in the system with report SCPR_ACTIVATE_SBCSETS.● Activation of Switch BC Sets: Activation status check and single activation can be done via transaction

SFW_BROWSER.● Client cascading: The field Customer Response depends on the attribute

SBCSETS_ACTIVATE_IN_CLIENTS from the table SFWPARAM.○ Value X: All BC Sets behave like Cascading BC Sets. And the Non-Cascading BC Sets field will be

shown as Behave like Cascading BC sets.○ Value space: Cascading BC Sets will get cascaded and Non-Cascading BC Sets will not be cascaded.

And the Non-Cascading BC Sets field will be shown as Customer Response.● Special Customizing: BC Sets with flag Transfer Special Customizing are not unpacked automatically. If the
