LOCAL AREA DISASTER RELIEF ~ At Bishop Scharfenberger’s request, a collection will be taken up in our parish through the month of July to aid those devastated by the storms that hit parts of the diocese over the last few weeks. A basket to receive donations is placed beneath the crucifix in the sanctuary. If you wish to write a check, please make it payable to “St. Vincent DePaul” with a notation in the memo line: 2017 Albany Diocese Disaster Response. This collection will be forwarded to Catholic Charities which is already responding to the needs of those severely affected by these storms.
