Sireki:

Place curd in a large bowl and break it

down with a fork. Spice it with salt and

cumin. Add sweet and hot peppers

depends on your taste. With all hands

Knead and shape sorghum in the form of

a cone. It should be high about 15cm

Now place sorghum in an oven fruit,

where they dry for about 3 hours.

Hand-shaped cones made of curd, red

peppers and spices, dried in the sun or

in the oven, are an excellent spicy snack

to white wines from the Slovenian hills.

Pour buckwheat flour

and mix well. When is

cooled off add the

wheat flour, yeast

leavened and hot milk,

as needed. Knead the

softer dough and let it

rise. With a ladle or

spoon put the dough

into a thin stuff in a

baking dish.

Wholesale sprinkle

with nuts, drizzle with

heated honey and

cover with another

layer of dough. Repeat

this at least three

times. Let the dough

on the top. Allow to

rise and bake.

Kipjena gibanica

ali kvasenica As its name suggests, this is a sweet or savory cake made from yeast dough, topped with curd and sour cream. Preferred to eat immediately after baking.

Simple, very healthy and very

effective soup that will clean up

your intestines. It can be served

cold or warm.

Cook plums for

about 10 minutes,

add spices and

blend it with stick

blender. You can

decorate with

daisies, primroses,

violets or dandelion

flowers! Everything

is edible and useful!

Rumeni muškat is a white wine grape variety.

The wine is very aromatic and it easily fit with sweets. Muscatel is also suitable as a table variety.

Chardonnay is a white wine grape variety. Sometimes they equated with the variety Pinot Blanc.

Very suitable for the production of a variety of top vin. At the moment this is the most sought white variety wine in the world.

Laški rizling is a white variety of vines.

The variety is medium resistant against frost and diseases. It is also the most popular vine and it produce more vine than any other variety.

Štajerska belina is a white variety of vines.

This variety was named Ranfol in Styria in the last decade.

The branch is reddish and less overgrown.
