Supervisor Qualification Enhancemen

Effective November 11, 2012,a permanent change to themarketing plan will be inplace. Distributors whoachieve their Supervisorqualification using any of thethree methods will receive the

opportunity for animmediate temporary 50%

discount* for theQualifying Supervisor,and Group Volume for theupline Supervisor!The temporary 50% discountfor the Qualifying Supervisorand Group Volume for theupline Supervisor has onlybeen available during the one-month Supervisor

Qualification method in thepast, so this is a greatopportunity for New QualifyingSupervisors with the other twomethods.

Ways to Qualify to

Supervisor One-MonthQualification:

Achieve 4,000 Volume Points in

one Volume Month. A minimum of

1,000 Unencumbered

Volume

Points is required.

Two-MonthQualification:

Achieve 2,500 Volume Points in

each of two consecutive Volume

Months. A minimum of 1,000

Unencumbered

Volume Points is

required for each month.

Accumulated Qualification:

Achieve 5,000 Personally

Purchased Volume Points within 12

months (of which a minimum of

three months is required).

Distributors have the opportunity to

qualify via this method whenpurchasing their orders directly with

Herbalife. You can use up to 1,000

downline Volume Points with the

remaining 4,000 as Personally

Purchased Volume.

All 50% discount orders are

automatic as long as they are

purchased directly from Herbalife.

No paperwork is needed.

During the implementation month o

November, orders placed on or aft

Note: For Distributors who do not place

their orders directly with Herbalife, the

entitled to all the privileges of a Fully

Qualified Supervisor, assuming that al

other Supervisor requirements have

been met.

Unencumbered Volume is Volume

produced by you or your independent

Distributors that is not used for

Supervisor qualification purposes.
