Del Conte’s actively recruits horticulture graduates from across the United States by actively participating in university and industry-sponsored career fairs. The primary contact for each property will have a college degree from a leading university.

Each Tuesday, all crews receive either a safety or a technique training session. Regular training on timely landscaping concerns range from pruning trees and shrubs to proper grass-mowing heights.

Continuing education is strongly encouraged for all staff and crew. Financial assistance is provided.

What to expect

Del Conte’s is known for communication and professionalism. Our Account Managers are very

proactive and will alert the Association Manager to potential site issues and repair needs, and will supply

enhancement ideas and bids regularly for your consideration.

•Initial Site inspection•Plants will be maintained to prevent insects and disease.• Regular application of fungicide, herbicide and fertilizers. • Weeds will be pulled and/or sprayed.•Trees under 15ft and shrubs/bushes will be kept trimmed and pruned.•Irrigation equipment will be tested and adjusted regularly to achieve optimal efficiency.•Debris and trash will be removed on service days.•All hardscape in service areas is blown to remove clippings, leaves, and debris. •Removal of debris in bedding areas completed on rotational basis every month.•Color spot maintenance.•Monthly account and work order reports are provided to document activities, repairs, and replacements. Availability of Account Managers, or other DCL personnel, to attend Board meetings, as requested.

Initial Site Inspection - Landscaping

An initial site inspection will be completed for all the landscaped areas. The resulting report provides photographic documentation of the landscaped areas, as well as identifying any problem areas. It is an excellent reference for viewing and budgeting future enhancement and repair proposals.

Initial Site Inspection - IrrigationThe Del Conte Irrigation team will perform an in-depth inspection of the water systems to

ensure proper operation and watering levels. In a multiple-section report, problem areas will be identified and recommendations made. Our Irrigation technicians are highly trained to specialize in all critical aspects of landscape management. The Irrigation department has nine service vans, all of which are professionally equipped with parts and diagnostic equipment to solve virtually any challenge they may come across. Our Irrigation team is second to none in providing dependable professional solutions in the area of irrigation repair and management.

Section A: Immediately urgent concerns and solutions.Section B: System reliability solutions.Section C: Turf coverage deficiencies and solutions.Section D: Shrub coverage deficiencies and solutions.Section E: Additional recommended upgrades.Section F: Summary of tasks, site data, and system condition.

Problem areas are identified and recommendations are made. Adjustments made as a result of this report

typically result in lower water bills.
