The existing level 2 and 3 Sailing and Water Sports BTECs are superb for generating the next generation of sailing instructors and captains.But the current sailing BTECS ….along with Maritime Skills Alliance qualifications are no longer approved by the DfE for school league tables.

If one of the new river cargo vessels or high speed passenger vessels needs repair or maintenance where and who will repair them?

Who is going to build the next generation of greener river vessels? Norway already has all electric, car ferries
