Director, Relationship Management – UK 2005-2009In 2005 RBCIS UK diversified into providing full Outsource Services to global asset managers and financial institutions which resulted in my ownership for the retention of clients with revenues of £20m+; maximising cross-sell opportunities to upsell with a target of £1m. Success required the development of account plans for all 20 clients and ownership of the delivery of the client requirements by specifically appointed local and global client teams (10-50 people per client team). Approach included ensuring active, consultative, multi-level relationships existed between the business and client base at all levels, analysis of client needs versus product offering, sharing intellectual capital, collating and circulating client feedback on market expectations, product functionality, industry, service needs and organising focussed client events.
