And precisely for these reasons at Iberostar, as part of our ‘Wave of Change’ initiative, we are carrying out efforts aimed at raising awareness amongst our employees, customers and even other companies, of just how important it is to promote the responsible consumption of seafood. Responsible fishing involves maintaining species at optimum population levels in order to guarantee their survival and breeding, as well as contributing to the sustainability of marine ecosystems and minimizing any environmental impact. We are proud of the fact that the fish we serve in our hotels and restaurants is caught in accordance with these standards. Iberostar is the first hotel chain in southern Europe, Dominican Republic and Mexico to receive MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) certification, guaranteeing the traceability of its seafood. In addition, we are continuing with our determined efforts to offer our guests increasingly responsibly -sourced seafood.
