Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 25 minutes Ingredients (4 people) : - 3 zucchini ( 600-800 g ) - 1 goat log (200 g) - 1 jar of pesto - 1 puff pastry - olive oil - pepper

Preparation of the recipe

Wash, peel the courgettes and cut into cubes.

Brown over high heat for 10 minutes in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil . Stir regularly.

After 10 minutes add the zucchini 3 full tablespoons of pesto and pepper.

Put parchment paper on a baking tin and brush a layer of pesto .

Put the zucchini above and brush with the pesto again.

Cut slices of goat's cheese and put above the zucchini.

Unroll the puff pastry on top by applying it against the edges and prick with a

fork.Bake at 210 ° C for 25 minutes in the

middle of the oven.

Remove and enjoy !
