Compact surplus film rewind

The surplus film rewind system fits inside the overall width of the machine contributing to the machine’s small footprint.

1 Film guide rollers Film guide rollers ensure accurate film tracking minimising the amount of film waste.

2 Sealing blades Extremely heavy duty, solid sealing blades featuring a radiused corner to ensure that a hole does not appear in the film at the seal point.

3 Optional colour touch screen display

A full colour, 6 inch touch screen is available as an enhancement to the standard control and diagnostic facilities.

5 Fully adjustable perforation system The patented, adjustable perforation system enables the position and frequency of the perforations to be set exactly.

6 Infeed conveyor lateral adjustment Rack system enabling rapid and accurate lateral positioning of the infeed conveyor to suit different pack widths.

4 Standard control panel Easy to use controls which enable different sealing parameters to be set.
