Response to Industrial Customers Group (ICG) Information Request (IR) No. 2 (Exhibit B-12) – Refiling of Graphs in Response to Question 14.1

FBC writes pursuant to the letter filed by ICG dated March 25, 2019 (Exhibit C4-6).

In its letter, ICG requested that FBC refile the graphs provided in response to ICG IR 2.14.1 (Exhibit B-12) requesting the graphs be made more clear. FBC has attached enlarged versions of the graphs as requested.
