The exhibitor is required to give written notice of cancellation or withdrawal from the exposition. Such notice will be considered of-ficial on the date of receipt by IIE.

Full refund will be given to exhibi-tors if written notice of cancellation is received by IIE prior to July 1, 2008. Cancellation notice received by IIE between July 1, 2008 and Dec. 3, 2008 is subject to a 50 % refund of exhibit space contracted. No refund will be given for cancel-lations after Dec. 4, 2008.
