LO INTRODUCTION

LI Purpose

Burnco Rock Products Ltd. to-quires the analysis of two of their mineral title claims in the

Clearwater region of Alberta under permit numbers 9302020058 and 9302020054. This

report is written to explain the results of our exploration in regards to the quantity, quality

and logistical extraction of possible landscape rock deposits within these permits.

1.2 Scope

This report will explain how Yellowhead Mining Corporation compiled its information and

discusses recommendations on the plausibility of further expenditure on development or

exploration of these two claims. Deposit samples as well as logistic considerations are

focused upon as leading factors in considering these sites as landscape rock quarries

2.0 SUMMARY

Yellowhead Mining Corporation conducted an exploratory examination of two of Burnco

Rock Products, Ltd. claims covered by Permit numbers 9302020058 and 9302020054. Both

a sandstone and black shale deposit were located within Permit number 9302020058. Taking

40

0 YELLOWHEAD MINING CORPORATION

into consideration the quality, quantity and cost effectiveness of rock extraction, these two

deposits are recommended for further development.

The claim covered by Permit number 9302020054 was examined by foot and was found

lacking in deposits large enough to be considered for further development.

3.0 WORK PERFORMED

40 Driving northwest on secondary road 734 from Caroline, Alberta, on June 9, 2009 within the

boundaries of permit number 9302020058, a steep scree of niediurn sized Cardium

sandstone flagstones and slabs was visible. A GPS reading from this cliffside was 51'3'

43.1" N, 115" 28' 58.5" W. Twenty two samples of sandstone were taken from top to

bottom of the 50 to 60 meter in length talus deposit.

Hand trenching at 10 m intervals at the top of the cliff was conducted and it was determined

that the outcrop was 12 to 1.8 m deep. From the dimensions of the sandstone outcrop it is

estimated there is 35 - 50,000 m 3 of landscape sandstone in this deposit. From analysis of the

sandstone considering its hardness and colour, it was concluded that this sandstone deposit

could be a viable landscape product.

A survey of the surrounding terrain with consideration to the location of secondary toad 734

verified that the sandstone would be best quarried from the hilltop where the overburden

ranged from less than one foot to non-existent. Please see Map number 8.] on page 8 of

this report fora possible lay-down area for this deposit.

YELLOWHEAD MINING CORPORATION

Exposed in outcrops along secondary road 734 at (WS reading 52 4' 8.4" N, 115" 29' 33.0"

was Blackstone Formation shale vatying in sizes of 10 - 200 mm. Twenty two samples

were taken throughout the outcrop from varying depths.

From the top of the outcrop, Five trench holes were dug at 12 m intervals. The overburden

became too deep for hand trenching, but from the data we were able to collect, the deposit

was at least 60 m deep. From the dimension of the shale deposit it is estimated there is

140,000 - 200,000 m of material. Please see Map number 8.2 on page 9 of this report for a

possible lay-down area.

Due to the size, quantity and colour, this shale deposit was determined to be an acceptable

landscape matetial. Logistically, this deposit would be cost effective to extract due to its

location beside secondary road 734.

Twenty samples were extracted from areas indicated on the Map number 8.2 on page 9 of

this report where other possible deposits of sandstone and shale were located.

Work conducted on Permit number 9302020058 concluded on July 23, 2009.

Permit number 9302020054 was examined by foot on August 5, 2009 starting at the Teepee

Pole Creek bridge located at 51" 54' 7.5" N. 115' 9' 32.8" W. Logging that occurred in this

region in the last 8 years did not uncover any relevant sized shale or sandstone outcrops

although river gravels were excessive.

0 YELLOWUEAD MINING CORPORATION

Sixty four samples were collected at various locations of the permit area, but were not found

to be of an acceptable quality nor abundance to warrant any further work or consideration.

Please see Map number 8.3 on page 10 of this report for the sample locations within Permit

number 9302020054.

Work conducted on Permit number 9302020054 concluded on August 9, 2009.

.

4.0 RESULTS

The most viable sandstone deposit due to quality, quanti and logistics was found at 52 3'

43.1" N, 115 28' 58.5" Wwithin Permit number 9302020058. It is estimated there is 35-

50,000 m3 of landscape sandstone within this deposit.

The best location fora black shale deposit was located at 52`4'8.4" N, 115" 29'33.0' , W also

under Permit 9302020058. It is estimated there is 140,000 - 200,000 m 1 of product at this

stte.

Although sixty four samples of sandstone and shale were taken within the claim covered by

Permit number 9302020054, the quality and quantity were lacking.

YELLOWHEAD MINING CORPORATION

5.0 CONCLUSIONS

The sandstone deposit located within Permit number 9302020058 is landscape quality

product. Considering the quantity., quality and proximity' to existing roadways, further

development of this deposit for landscape rock is recommended.

Also within Permit number 9302020058 is a deposit of black shale. The colour and hardness

of this shale would make it an acceptable landscape product with many uses. Its accessibility

to secondary road 734 is also an important factor considered in the recommendation to

further develop this deposit.

Judging from the lack of quality and quantity of shale and sandstone discovered within

Permit number 9 30202005 4, it is not viable to pursue further exploration at this time.
