1. PICK YOUR CHEESESYou only need an ounce of cheese perperson but aim to represent as manytypes as possible. Suggestions:

Goat: Humboldt Fog, Montenebro, Leonora

Cow: L’Amuse, Asiago Stravecchio, Comté

Sheep: Pecorino, Manchego, Ewephoria

Washed: Ardrahan, Taleggio, Epoisses

Blue: Fourme d’Ambert, Chiriboga, Stichelton

2. CHOOSE A MEATGet salty with Prosciutto di Parma,assorted salumi, or any of our variouscharcuterie items.

In the aging caves at our Rittenhouse location, choice cheeses are washed in beer, cider, wine,and brine to yield one-of-a-kind flavors. And sometimes, we partner with amazing cheesemakersfor super special creations!

THIS MONTH’S FEATURE: WHISKEY BUSINESS

THE CHEESE: Our exclusive relationship with cheese genius Soyoung Scanlan of Andante Dairy in California has, yet again, yielded something delicious! Contraltois a soft, washed-rind goat’s milk cheese wrapped inspruce bark.

THE WASH: Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey uses only rye grain and malt to deliver a pure expression of the taste of classic Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey. Once Contralto is soaked in this smooth and spicy bath, it creates an epic conglomeration of flavors!

AVAILABILITY: Whiskey Business will be available at the beginning of December but stayed tuned to social media for the exact date!
