The product definition enables users to

associate a stock set which is the constituent

stocks that a product will be made up off and

go, the screen also allows you to process

multiple purchase orders at a time.

Goods Receipting To support bulk inventory updates, manufact 4.0 has a grid entry screen which

allows you to update the finished goods

inventory for multiple products at a time.

This screen also supports barcode scanning

for various barcoding techniques.

Warehousing

Manufact 4.0 has hierarchical relationship

between warehouse zone and bin which is

interleaved to each other to help the

physical users pinpoint the location of the

physical products located at respective bins.

Warehouse Transfers

Warehouse transfers is to manage the bill of

materials and goods supply chain between

different storage locations that a business

has got to ensure the continuity of

manufacturing.

Manufact 4.0 supports both transfers of

finished goods and raw materials between

the warehouses to exact end storage

location.

All warehouse transfers are subject to

approval by the warehosue manager.

Production Schedule

Production schedule is designed as a

separate lightning console application which

visualizes the production line much more

efficiently and can support multi site

manufacturing with the hierarchical

relationship of organization wide Master

Production schedules with individual

productions plans per Production Unit.

All Production schedules and plans are

subject to approval by the production

manager.

Order Management

Manufact 4.0 supports both sales and

purchase orders in the native application

which is fully integrated financial system,

which eases users to having deal with the

laborious tasks of data entry saving tem

huge amounts of time.

Invoicing

Manufact 4.0 supports invoicing for both

sales and purchase orders which is semi

automated to help the users save time and

achieve data accuracy in the system.

All Invoices captured in manufact 4.0 are

fully integrated to sage financials which

ensures hazel free accountability of your

expenses and revenues.

Payments Manufact 4.0 has its own pot for capturing payments for both sales and purchase

transactions which is fully integrated to

financials which means the users doesn't

have to worry about using two different

systems for different operations that they

carry out on daily basis.

Packages Manufact 4.0 helps users in sales by tracking the packages that is out for delivery in

different stages which can also backtrack to

actual order, invoice and product itself.

Shipments Manufact 4.0 also have the capability of tracking the packages that is out for delivery

and can handle shipments until the goods
