INTRODUZIONE

Sia la macchina che il presente manuale che ricevete sono stati concepiti e realizzati tenendo presentequale punto di partenza e di riferimento la direttiva del Consiglio Europeo del 14 Giugno 1989 (89/392 CEE ) e successive modificazioni circa la sicurezza delle macchine e delloperatore.

Tale manuale di istruzione parte integrante della macchina: deve essere conservato e, in applicazionedellart. 36 comma 6 del D.L. 626/94, aggiornato, se richiesto dal costruttore.

Questo manuale stato creato inoltre affinch loperatore incaricato dellutilizzo e della manutenzionedella macchina possa agevolmente far fronte a tali interventi con la massima padronanza e con la pitotale sicurezza.

Raccomandiamo di leggerlo attentamente e di osservare scrupolosamente quanto in esso indicatoconsultando, ogni volta si renda necessario, i relativi paragrafi.

La perfetta conoscenza delle distinte parti della macchina e del loro funzionamento, Vi permetter dilavorare correttamente.

La mancata osservanza dei consigli contenuti in questo manuale significa porsi in condizioni dusonon previsti dalla CGM S.r.l., azienda costruttrice della macchina da Voi acquistata.

INTRODUCTION

The machine and this instructions book are made considering the European Council directive dated14th June 1989 (89/392 CEE) and the following modifications concerning the safety of the machinesand of the operator.

This instructions book is very important: keep it close to hand.

This manual provide you with is made in order that the instructions required to ensure the safeinstallation, use and maintenance of the machine.

We recommend to read it carefully before use and to observe all in it indicated, consulting, every timeis necessary, the relevant paragraphs.

The perfect knowledge of any part of the machine and of its function will allow a proper work.

DESTINAZIONE DUSO

La vostra macchina stata costruita esclusivamente per tagliare pannelli preisolati rivestiti in alluminio. Ogni uso diverso non a norme. In tal caso il costruttore non risponde di eventuali danni; solo lutilizzatore

responsabile dei rischi. Le norme di sicurezza, di lavoro e manutenzione del costruttore e le misure indicate nei dati tecnici devono

venire rispettate. Devono venire osservate le norme antinfortunistiche appropriate e le altre regole tecniche per la sicurezza

generalmente riconosciute. La macchina deve venire utilizzata, seguita nella manutenzione e riparata solo da persone che ne sono esperte e

sono informate sui pericoli. Modifiche arbitrarie alla macchina escludono una responsabilit del costruttore per

i danni che ne risultassero. La macchina deve venire utilizzata solo con gli accessori originali del costruttore. Possono esserci rischi rimanenti nonostante tutte le precauzioni prese, come ad esempio:

USE DESTINATION

Your machine is built only for cutting pre-insulated panels with aluminium facings. For any other the manufacturer will not be responsible for possible damages; only the buyer is responsible of

the risks. Please follow the safety precautions and the manufacturers instructions of use and maintenance. The machine must be operated, maintained and repaired by qualified personnel, with knowledge of the safety

precautions. The machine must be used with appropriate maintenance and must be repaired only by workers which are

informed about dangers. Unauthorised modifications on the machine, release the manufacturer fromresponsibility of possible damages.

The machine must be used only with the original accessories supplied. Could be risks in spite of precautions taken as these examples:

o To get entrapped with dresses in the machine in movement.o To get injured in part in movement of the machine.o Danger of fire.

- Sistemare la macchina su una superficie piana- Collegare lalimentazione dellenergia elettrica Volt ............. Hz .......... ai morsetti Pos. 1 Pag. 11-

Collegare lalimentazione dellenergia pneumatica alla valvola Pos. 7 Pag. 11- Verificare ed eventualmente installare gli adeguati dispositivi elettrici a tutela del personale addetto e dellimpianto

MESSA IN FUNZIONE

Alimentare limpianto pneumatico intervenendo sulla valvola Pos. 6 Pag. 11, controllare che la pressione dellaria sulmanometro Pos. 5 Pag. 11 sia a 4 Bar, eventualmente regolare.Alimentare limpianto elettrico ruotando linterruttore generale Pos. 1 Pag. 12.Premere il pulsante start avanzamento Pos. 3 Pag. 12.Posizionare il selettore Pos. 4 Pag. 12 in senso avanti e controllare che i rulli di avanzamento ruotino in modo da far avanzare il

pannello nel senso indicato dalla freccia Pos. 4 Pag. 13 (se ruotassero in senso contrario invertire due fili di alimentazione Pos.1 Pag. 11).

PROCEDURA DI LAVORO

Regolare i gruppi di taglio Pos. 2 Pag. 13 alle dimensioni idonee a realizzare i tagli desiderati riferendosi allindice Pos. 1 Pag.13, generalmente il primo gruppo di taglio a destra rimane sempre in posizione 0.Posizionare il selettore Pos. 6 Pag. 12 in posizione SU.Inserire il pannello da tagliare tra i rulli Pos. 6 Pag. 13 appoggiandolo contro la guida Pos. 5 Pag. 13.Ruotare il selettore Pos. 5 Pag. 12 in posizione GIU e premere il pulsante START Pos. 3 Pag. 12.Inserire i pannelli in continuo uno contro laltro fino al termine della produzione.

INSTALLATION

- Place the machine on a flat surface- Connect the feed of the electric energy Volt.......Hz............... at the buckles Pos. 1 Page 11- Connect the feed of the pneumatic energy at the valve Pos. 7 Page 11- Verify and eventually install the adequate electric devices to protect the staff and the plant

STARTING

Feed the pneumatic plant intervening on valve Pos. 6 Page 11, verify on the manometer Pos. 5 Page 11 that the generalpressure is at 4 BAR, eventually regulate.

Feed the electric plant turning the general switch Pos. 1 Page 12.Press start feed button Pos. 3 Page 12.Positioning the selector Pos. 4 Page 12 in COME position and verify if feeding rollers turns in order to let the panel move inthe sense indicated by arrow Pos. 4 Page 13 (if they turn in opposite way, invert the two feeding cable Pos. 1 Page 11).

WORK PROCEDURE

Regulate the cutter groups Pos. 2 Page 13 at the dimension necessary to do the desired cuttings with reference to index Pos. 1Page 13, generally the first cut on the right is always in 0 position.Positioning the selector Pos. 6 Page 12 in UP position.Insert the panel to cut between rollers Pos. 6 Page 13 leaning it against the guide Pos. 5 Page 13.Turn the selector Pos. 5 Page 12 in DOWN Position and press START button Pos. 3 Page 12.

Insert continuously the panel one against the other as the end of production.

SISTEMI PER LARRESTO

La macchina dispone dei seguenti sistemi per larresto:Pulsante STOP (rosso) Pos. 3 Pag. 12

SISTEMI PER LARRESTO DI EMERGENZA

La macchina dispone dei seguenti sistemi per larresto di emergenza:- Pulsante rosso a fungo Pos. 6 Pag. 12.Intervenendo su questo dispositivo tutte le funzioni macchina vengono disattivate.

USI VIETATI

- Non usare la macchina senza protezioni- Non apportare modifiche alla macchina e sue attrezzature senza autorizzazione della casa costruttrice

Linosservanza pu pregiudicare il buon funzionamento della macchina stessa e pu causare infortuni.

STOPPING MOTION SYSTEMS

The Machine has the follows stopping motion systems:STOP button (red) Pos. 3 Page 12

EMERGENCY STOPPING SYSTEMS

The Machine has the follows emergency stopping systems:Red pushbutton Pos. 3 Page 14. Intervening on this button all the Machine functions will disable.

FORBIDDEN USES

- Do not use the Machine without the protections- Do not make some changes at the Machine and here equipment without the authorization of the manufacturer

The inobservance could compromise the good working of the Machine and could cause accidents.

REGOLAZIONE GUIDE PANNELLO

Cambiando il tipo di pannello pu essere che la larghezza 1200mm debba essere regolata, procedere nel seguente modo:

- Allentare le impugnature Pos. 1-3 Pag. 15- Inserire il pannello tra le guide.- Bloccare le impugnature Pos. 1-3 Pag. 15 mantenendo la guida Pos. 2 Pag. 15 staccata di circa 2mm dal pannello.

REGOLAZIONE PRESSIONE RULLI GOMMATI AVANZAMENTO

Per regolare la pressione dei rulli gommati procedere nel seguente modo:

- Attivare i rulli girando il selettore Pos. 5 Pag. 12 in posizione GIURegolare la pressione sul manometro Pos. 5 Pag. 11 in modo che la pressione sia di circa 4 BAR.

N.B. Non superare mai la pressione di 4 BAR.

REGOLAZIONE VELOCITA AVANZAMENTO

Per aumentare o diminuire la velocit di avanzamento, ruotare il volantino Pos. 9 Pag. 11 (attenzione ruotare il volantino solo amotore acceso).

N.B. Velocit consigliata Pos. 6, sullindicatore Pos. 8 Pag. 11.

PANEL GUIDE REGULATION

Changing the type of panel can happens that the width 1200mm should be regulate, make in this way:

- Loosen the handles Pos. 1-3 Page 15- Insert the Panel between the guide- Lock the handles Pos. 1-3 Page 15 maintaining the guide Pos.2 Page 15 about 2mm far from panel.

RUBBERED ROLLERS PRESSURE REGULATION

To regulate the pressure of rubbered rollers, make in this way:

- Activate the rollers, turning the selector Pos. 5 Page 12 in DOWN position.Regulate the pressure on manometer Pos. 5 Pag. 11 in order that the pressure is about 4 BAR.

N.B. The right pressure to use is no more than 4 BAR.

FEED SPEED REGULATION

To increase or decrease the Feed speed, turn the wheel Pos. 9 Pag. 11 (attention, turn the wheel only with motor switched on).

N.B. Recommended speed Pos. 6, on indicator Pos. 8 Page 11.

SOSTITUZIONE - REGOLAZIONE LAME

Quando il taglio non buono occorre sostituire le lame dei gruppi di taglio, procedere nel seguente modo:

PER SUPPORTO DOPPIO 45 POS. 1 PAG. 17

Allentare le viti Pos. 2 Pag. 17 Sfilare le lame Pos. 5 Pag. 17 Montare le nuove lame inserendole nellapposita sede Posizionarle in modo che i vertici delle due lame siano coincidenti Bloccare le viti Pos. 2 Pag. 17

PER SUPPORTO 90 POS. 6 PAG. 17

Allentare le viti Pos. 8 Pag. 17 Sfilare la lama Pos. 9 Pag. 17 Montare la nuova lama inserendola nellapposita sede

Bloccare le viti Pos. 8 Pag. 17

REGOLAZIONE SPESSORE PANNELLO

Se si utilizzano pannelli con spessore 30mm non occorrono regolazioni dei gruppi di taglio.Se necessario (in caso di utilizzo pannelli in modo discontinuo) inserire i quattro distanziali Pos. 1 Pag. 14 sotto i mozzi portarulli.

BLADES CHANGING - REGULATION

When cut is not good it is necessari to change the blades of cutting groups, make in this way:
