Roles and Responsibilities:
To analyze and clear mismatches between Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts and Invoices so that there is timely payment of invoices to suppliers.
To prepare purchase orders and Timely issuance of POs to Vendors and Follow up the same as per the requirements and PO Analysis.
Taking the Approval from sourcing buyers/ Users based on the invoice amount.
Coordinating with vendors for actual delivery status of material, raising enquiries,
Purchase orders and receipt of materials.
Co-ordinate with client for day to day work management, issue resolution. Review and
Analyze the RFC (Request for change).
Coordinate with Internal Business Partner and Supplier for Purchase Order Changes.
Handling Invoice payment call with client.( Weekly three times)
Adhere to SLAs and participate in process improvement initiatives. Generating and
Preparation of Daily reports, SLA reports, ageing reports using SAP.
Publishing Monthly Stack Data, Conducting Refresher Training in the team. Conducting
Conducting Team huddle. Providing Floor Support to Team Members and advice to management and staff on procurement matters.
Participate in process improvements, generate daily report using SAP.
Experienced in Team handling. Currently handling a Team of 15 member (Team of PO transmission,PO changes, blocked invoices and Open PO follow up)
♦ Process Transition:Experienced in process transition. Helped in two process transitions that have been taken place from Costarica to India. Helped in cost saving to the company (in Costarica paid in Dollar, now in India in Rupees).
