Managing Director’s Welcome
Welcome to the last
newsletter of the year. As we
approach the end of the year,
it is a great opportunity to look
back and acknowledge all of
the great achievements that
we have accomplished
together as a company. It has
been an extremely busy year
for for the Group and we have been privileged to
participate in several fantastic events! From our second
successful year in participating in the Prudential Ride
London to our high class accreditation status’ in ACS,
ISO and the Matrix Standard.
With the New Year fast approaching, I am extremely
excited to see what the New Year will hold for the
Group. We have been working relentlessly behind the
scenes to ensure our staff have the opportunity to work
at as many new areas as possible.
I would like to thank you all for your tremendous hard
work across the year and to wish you all a very Merry
Christmas and a prosperous New Year!

Knights Training Academy Grabs The Matrix
Standard!
On Wednesday 13th December 2017, Knights Training
Academy were successful in the three-day assessment
for the Matrix Standard.
The Matrix Standard is a unique, quality framework for
organisations to assess and measure their information
advice and/or guidance services, which supports
individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and
life goals.
“The concept of getting the standard is a fantastic step
up towards working on information, advice and
guidance. Doing the process was an extremely valuable
experience for everyone.
I would like to take this moment to thank all staff,
clients, employers and learners who participated in the
assessment process.
Above all, I’d like to wish you a very merry Christmas

On Monday 11th December Tony Knights, Jamie Knights,
Yvonne Bryce and Nicky Banger travelled to Nepal to help
rebuild a school after the horrific earthquake back in April
2015.
Founder Tony Knights said, “For all of us this was a trip of
a lifetime. It honestly made us feel as if we had won life’s
lottery compared to the conditions that we witnessed.
Albeit everyone in the villages were full of joy and
happiness to see us. We now look forward to building the
Knights Lodge to cater for all the young children that have
over six hour round trip every day to go school over the
hills.”
We will be holding a Recruitment day on Wednesday
27th December at Ealing Ex-Serviceman’s Club and a
training session the following day.

As always our staff always exhibit an outstanding
performance and responsibility whilst performing their
duties as Event Stewards/SIA Operatives. Their
willingness to assist team members alongside their
positive attitudes and professionalism is always
appreciated.
December’s Employee of the Month goes to the

This is due to their hard work at Wembley Stadium and
their wiliness to step up as supervisors during our busy
operational weekends.
