Making The Solution
1. Definition of Molarity
Molarity states that the number of mole of dissolved substance in one liter solvent
2. Equation of Molarity
V1 . M1 = V2 . M2
In which :
V1 = Volume of first solution
M1 = Molarity of first solution
V2 =Volume of second solution
M2 = Molarity of second solution
3. Making solution activity
To make 100 ml HNO3 3M from slab of HNO3 (15,4 M).
Known : M1 = 15,4
V2 = 100 ml
M3 = 3
Ask : V1 = ………..?
Solution: V1M1 = V2M2
V1 x 15,4 = 100x 3
V1 = 300/15,4
V1 = 19,43 ml
Making Solvent Main Blue Metilen
Work Procedure
ADD 1.48 gr blue metilen into 100 ml of alcohol 98%
still the need to be diluted more in the way degan add 9 parts water pipe for each one the parent solution
Dilution alcohol
Alcohol 40 %
Work Procedure
pour alcohol on the glass measuring at 40% and add water until the number reaches 100 ml
4. Some Examples Of Making Solution
• To make solution of Sulfat Acid ( H2SO4 1 M )
• To make solution of Hydrokside Natrium ( NaOH 1 N )
• To make solution of Sulfat Cooper ( H2SO4 ) 0,1 M
• To make solution of Kaliumdikromat ( K2Cr2O7 0,1 N )
• To make solution of Amilum 1%
