To make 100 ml HNO3 3M from slab of HNO3 (15,4 M).

Known : M1 = 15,4

V2 = 100 ml

M3 = 3

Ask : V1 = ………..?

Solution: V1M1 = V2M2

V1 x 15,4 = 100x 3

V1 = 300/15,4

V1 = 19,43 ml
