Pilot Survey Results – Participant Comments

This enables sharing between instructors - I have gained many good documents and ideas here, as well as needed materials from the course monitor.

It's a convenient area to place items not ready for posting or that will be posted more than once. This may help keep the "unavailable content" clutter to a minimum.

It is a great place to put the individual lesson Power Point presentations without having to worry about space due to graphic intensive Power Points.

Workflow needs to be more intuitive, and to issue email notifications.

Page 29: Making a Content System Pilot Fly

Conclusions / Adjustments

Pilot Survey Results – Participant CommentsWe have many work documents that are periodically updated. We plan on using content system as a document control device for our work documents to ensure all employees in our department are working with the latest version of the various documents.

Since I consider secure file management and sharing the primary advantage of the Content System, the best way to promote it will be one-on-one consultation with instructors, in their offices. Once comfortable with this feature, they will eventually explore the others.

Haven't really come up with anything unique yet. It would be useful to have a list of examples (with screen captures) of the different uses by individuals and departments at ERAU.
