1. Print out the template from the Blue Peter website
2. Glue the Santa print out sheet to a sheet of A4 sparkly card (TIP: keep the lines of the print out facing upwards so you know
where to cut once it’s glued)
3. Grab a grown-up and cut around the shapes on the template. Cut around the dotted lines on one of the Santas so that he has a hole
in his tummy.
4. Give Santa a face either by drawing his features or by gluing on a photo.

to the beard if you like!
6. Get a small food bag and fill with a few treats (if you want, you can cut your food bag to a smaller size to fit neatly in Santa’s tummy
‘window’. Make sure you tape the cut edges of the bag so your treats don’t fall out!). Then stick the bag to the back of santas face.
7. Write your message on the second Santa shape and glue the two heads together.
8. Cut 2cm off the bottom of a kitchen roll tube; decorate to match the card then glue or tape in between Santa’s front and back feet,
at the base.
