should have both

because they have

been around for

awhile now. Also what

miss out on them

to keep books

around to have

Hoover City Schools

are getting rid of

their books to get e-

readers or kindles. To

save money instead of

buying all those books.

One thing you

need to know about e-

readers that they

don’t use electricity

they charge up like

cell phones. E-

readers and Kin-

dles can hold up to

1,500 books in that

little thing. Maya

said, I like e-readers

a lot but I don’t want

to get rid of all the

books I still like some

of the regular books.

Pluto a Dwarf Planet?

Pluto is the ninth planet

in our solar system. It

was discovered in 1930.

Pluto has a core and is

made of plain rock, it is a

really, really thick layer

of a mixture of water and

ice. Did you know Pluto

is now a dwarf planet

science August 2006.

I asked my

friend Mykenzie what

she thought about Pluto

being a dwarf planet and

she said, I think Pluto

should not be a planet

because you can’t get any

information from there

because it is so far away.

I also asked my friend

Lindsey what she

thought about Pluto and

she said, they just

thought they should

make Pluto a dwarf

planet. But to me I think

Pluto should be a planet

because when they dis-

covered it was a planet

and I will always think of

it as a planet. Should

Olympics are all about

winter sports. Free

style skiing: aerials, what

is free style aerials? Free

style aerial is when you

are going about 40 to 50

miles per hour then you go

up this big hill and while

you are in the air you are

doing flips like back flips

twist and “aerials”. Free

style aerial is a sport of

endless twist and turns.

You can go up to 50 feet in

the air.

Mrs. Norton has been

teaching for 12 years,I asked

her what her interest were

in kids and she said When I

was a kid In my life my teach-

ers were special to me so I

wanted to be a teacher like

them. Mrs.Nortons kids are

special to her and she loves

them. She teaches kids be-

cause it is fun to know that

you are teaching them things

Mrs.Norton is a kindarten

teacher at south shades

crest elementary school. She

was my teacher when I was in

kindergarten. About

mrs.Norton Mrs. Nor-

ton was born in Hollywood-

Florida her favorite color is

red. When Mrs. Norton is

at the zoo or anywhere she

likes to see the giraffies.

felt to be a teacher she said it

for when I grow up is…

I would like to be a kindergar-

ten teacher because it seems

fun to be a person who teaches

kids what they don't know and

they go home and tell their

mom what they learned that

day!!!

read called a taste

of blackberries.

About The Story

I read a great book called A Taste Of Black-

berries, it is a really good book. It starts

off with these two boys are picking and

eating blackberries in the patch. But I can’t

tell you more the rest is a mystery for you

to read.

The Main Character

Jamie: “Jamie is a teaser and a

joker”. One day Jamie was supposed to be

cleaning beetles off the plants with his

friends but instead he was playing with a

bee hive. He got a stick and started poking

the bees with it. The bees were getting

rowdy and flew out… Jamie and his

friends started running but he tripped and

fell. Since he always played dead no one

knew if he was really dead or not.

MY Advice for You

So does this book sound good to you so

far? I think people that like sad fiction

books would really love this book. When I

first started reading this book I did not

think I would like it but it turns out I loved

it.
