XSHOCK HAZARD:When objectional current flows on metal parts, electric shock and even deathcan occur (ventricular fibrillation).

XFIRE HAZARD:

When objectional current flows on metal parts, a fire could occur because ofelevated temperature, which can ignite adjacent combustible material. Heat isgenerated whenever current flows, particularly over high - resistive parts. Inaddition, arcing at loose connections is especially danerous in areascontaining easily ignitible and explosive gases, vapors, or dust.

XCIRCUIT - PROTECTION - DEVICESWhen objectional current travels on the metal parts of electrical equipment,nuisance tripping of electronic protection devices equipped with ground-faultprotection can occur because some neutral current flows on the equipmentgrounding (bonding) conductor instead of the neutral conductor.

XParking Lot lighting maintenance ensures the integrity of the wiring, breakers, lamps and byeliminating possible overloads, overheating, and intermittent start and stop of the lamp. Whenthe circuit tries to start a spent lamp it can shorten the life of the breaker, overloads the circuitbreaker and melts the insulation on the copper wires causing the circuit breaker to trip. Whenthis occurs the repair cost can increase by as much as 300%

XOur inspection includes: Onsite visual inspection of each light, thermal imaging of the circuit wiringand breakers as well as proper connections to the circuit breakers.

XWe provide written documentation to our customers during each onsight inspection.We can make any neccassery repairs while onsite at our Flate Rate add-on price.This reduces the number of re-occurring service call charges during the year.Our goal is to provide quality service at fair rates to our clients while reducing costly repair charges.
