This information packet will guide you through some basic information in regards to booking Magnifique Artistry for your bridal beauty needs. We make sure our brides are not only provided with stylists who have over 10 years of experience each, but that they are stress free from the time they book, to the day of preparations. We make it our job to provide the best services possible to each and every one of our brides, and we are
here with you every step of the way.

matter the location!
We also offer in studio previews (bridal trials) for those who would prefer to travel to us. Our studio is located in
Southern New Jersey, centralized to the Tri-State area.

pricing to referrals and to those who attend our bridal shows!
Payment plans are also available for all of our brides-to-be that would rather pay over a
specified period of time.

Additional Fees:
• A special request can be made for a specific artist at $50.00 per requested artist.
• An early start fee of $50.00 per artist will be assessed for any start times before 7:00 am.
• Weddings that fall on Holidays, or Holiday weekends, will be charged an additional $5.00 per client, per service.
• There is a $20.00 Travel fee, per artist, which includes travel up to 20 miles from Williamstown, NJ. Any additional mileage will be charged at $0.50 per mile/per way.

Touch Up ServicesOur touch up services start from the
time you leave our chair, until your last lip stick application for the night.
Pricing: $100.00 per artist/per hour

All of our Brides-to be are asked to fill out our wedding questionnaire which can be found on our website at
www.MagnifiqueArtistry.com/booking-process. This will put a request in for your wedding date. Once this has
been received, a Magnifique Artistry representative will reach out and schedule a preview date.
C o n t r a c t & D e p o s i t
Once scheduled, our brides-to-be will receive a contract which will contain any and all information in regards to their big day. Once completed, the contract must be
returned with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit, which will set your wedding date in stone.
Frequent ly Asked Ques t i ons1. Is a preview necessary? It is highly encouraged for all brides to schedule a preview as it is the best way to decide what looks work best
for you. Although not required, a preview is not only a great way to meet your stylist, but also helps to ensure a smooth schedule on your big day. Previews are scheduled 3-6 months before hand and you will always have the same stylist for both your preview & wedding day. If your stylist is not available for your wedding day due to an emergency, a replacement stylist will be sent in their place.
2. Airbrush vs. Traditional Foundation? Our airbrush foundation is hypoallergenic and made with an aloe based formula so it works great on all skin types! It is also waterproof which helps with bridal makeup lasting throughout the night. Our traditional foundation is easily customizable and can be applied as either sheer or full coverage.
3. What forms of payment are accepted? We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo, PayPal, and Credit Cards. All credit card payments will incur a 4% processing fee due to utilizing a 3rd party vendor for secure transactions.
4. Is a deposit required? Yes, we do require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit, and a signed contract, in order to secure your wedding date. Without both the deposit and signed contract, your date will be placed on our first-come-first-serve list.
5. How does timing work the day of? Our stylists are extremely efficient. Each service typically takes only 30-40 minutes to complete. So, for 4 clients requiring both hair and makeup, we would only need approximately 2 hours to complete. A day of schedule will also be given to each bride to ensure that timing is precise for all clients receiving services.
6. Do you have a minimum requirement? No! We do not require a minimum amount of clients for services. We believe all bridal parties are created equal and all should have the opportunity to have on location stylists no matter how big or small the group is.
7. How many stylists are assigned for my wedding day? We typically go by the rule of 8. Each stylist must have a minimum of 8 services each before we add on an additional stylist. If an additional stylist is requested by the bride, a fee of $50.00 per additional stylist will be applied.
8. Do we need to know how many clients are receiving services when we book? Although an exact number is not required due to Magnifique Artistry not having a minimum, we do ask that you have a very good estimate in order to ensure we have enough stylists for your wedding day. We do book multiple weddings for a single date so in order to guarantee timing and services, we will need to know the number of clients we will be servicing. An updated list of all clients will be required 2 months before the wedding date.
