MAGEMOB INVENTORY

This extension is used to manage inventory of products. It manages stock in/out of products, suppliers,

purchase orders, pending products, pending orders; stock received, purchase invoice, barcode and

history of product’s inventory. It will reduce one’s work to manage inventory of many products at a

time.

Note: This extension works on the default inventory configuration setting of Magento. Manage Stock

option should be set to “YES”.

With Mage Mob Inventory you can Warehouse facility in your inventory system to manage the

inventory of Warehouse.

The Barcode scanning module integrated in this system will help you scan the barcode of

products and also enter a unique barcode on your own. The Barcode scanning devices will be

configured with the system and will help eliminate the manual process so that your employees

can focus on more important areas of business.





2. Features 2.1. Manage Supplier module

One can maintain supplier details and assign products related to that supplier from this

module.

2.2. Manage Stock and Pending Products

Manage stock of all products directly from a single page. One can change the product status

i.e. in-stock/out-stock also.

It will display the products which are out of stock and also whose quantity has reached

below low stock quantity mark. So that one can easily find out those products and can make

necessary steps regarding it.

Extra Feature for Professional+ Edition:

The Professional+ package allows the admin to increase / decrease the quantity of the

product rather than giving total quantity. The increased / decreased quantity will be

directly reflected in selected warehouse also.

The warehouse can be selected from button given in the panel.

They can also export these products in csv format but the decreased quantity must not

be more then total available quantity in warehouse.

2.3. Pending Orders

It will show pending orders (orders which have one or more items as backordered).

2.4. Purchase Orders

From both pending orders & products one can generate purchase order selecting the

products/orders they want to purchase to make them “In stock” in time to avoid any delay

in delivery to their customers.

2.5. Stock Received and Purchase Invoice

After generating purchase orders, when stock is received of those orders, they can enter the

received quantity from purchase orders & stock received of purchase orders are managed

individually. They can generate multiple “Stock received” for single purchase order as there

may be a case where they receive partial order.





Extra Feature for Professional+ Edition:

When stock is received, warehouse selection option is added in stock received page so

that admin can update the stock directly to that warehouse. Associated warehouse with

product will be displayed in stock received.

Once all quantity is received for a purchase order, admin can mark them as complete & after

that, they can generate purchase invoice from purchase order.





2.6. Purchase Invoice for Customer Orders

Admin can view all the purchase orders and can change its status when required.

2.7. Supplier Login

Supplier will have their own access area, where supplier will Register or login and have

access to following functionalities:

o View purchase orders.

o Create simple product with required attributes.

o Edit own account & address details.

o Enable / Disable products.





2.8. Inventory Log

It will manage history of the inventory of all products by the amount of quantity altered,

action used to modify the quantity and username of the person who modified, in which

warehouse product was altered.

2.9. Barcode Admin can generate barcode for the products they want.

Multiple barcodes can be generated for a single product assigning different suppliers,

purchase order, if they want.

One can assign their own barcode to product if they want, necessarily it should be a unique

code.

When barcode is scanned admin can add the desired stock to the warehouse they want.

2.10. Warehouse

Basic details of warehouses are displayed and is the warehouse primary or not is

shown.

You can create a new warehouse as per your requirement or can also edit the

warehouse.

Default warehouse will be added automatically on activation of MageMob

Inventory.

An easy to manage dashboard that can be customized as per your business needs.

It can help you get all relevant details about orders, products and customers thus keeping you

updated about your online store.

2.12. Orders

Get a complete overview of the orders placed, canceled, pending and delivered.

Allows you to search different orders based on various filters.

2.13. Manage Invoices for Sales Orders

Generate invoice for your sales order. User can also Cancel and Print orders with MageMob

Inventory.

You can also mail the invoice directly to the customer from mobile.





2.14. Handle store’s customers on the move

You can create a new customer for your store from MageMob Inventory.

You can also edit details of the existing store customer and can contact with the customer via

mail or call from the app.





2.15. Manage store products through mobile

You can edit your store’s simple products with MageMob Inventory. You can change Product’s

Name, Product’s Description and Product’s Price & Quantity.

You can change the status of product and can also manage the availability of the product.





2.16. Manage Product Reviews

You will have access to product reviews on the phone. With that you can view all the reviews of

your store products submitted by the customers.

You will have right to approve or reject them. You can also delete the reviews for the products.





2.17. Charts for interactive sales reports

You can generate charts for your sales for staying up to date with the sales of your store.

Charts can be generated for various filters:

o Country Based Sales Chart

o Average Item / Order Chart

o Most Wish-listed Product Chart

o Best Seller Item Chart

Charts can be generated for different criteria such as:

o Last 24 Hours Sales

2.18. Widget for Extension

Displays list of Recent Orders, New Customers and Low stock products

Displays order count, Orders total, new Customers count and Low Stock Products count for the selected duration.

2.19. Android/Apple Watch Support

User can view Orders count and total, new Customers count and Low Stock Products count at

glance on the their android/apple watch as well as can view other app notifications on the same.
