Rinse all cans, bottles and containers before putting them in your recycling crate. Squash all plastic

bottles and remove any lids. Place your recycling crate out on the kerbside by 7am on your

collection day.

What to put in your recycling crate:

Paper, cardboard, newspapers, magazines, envelopes, Tetra Pak and liquid paper board containers.

Plastic shopping bags, rubbish, food or garden waste, cling film, polystyrene packaging (meat trays, takeaway coffee cups), broken glass, drinking glass or ovenproof glass, ceramics, window, mirror glass, paint tins or oil containers.

Plastic bottles and containers from the kitchen, bathroom and laundry with any of these symbols marked on the base or side of the container:

Rubbish is collected weekly. Recycling is collected fortnightly. Collections for both occur on

the same day of the week. Please place your wheelie bins out by 7am on the collection day

unless otherwise stated.

Week 1 - please check the label on your recycling bin to find out your collection week.

Week 2 - as above. Public Holiday - no collections, your collection will be collected one day later for this week.

Boxing Day and 2nd January - collections occur on these statutory holiday days.

Suriin ang sticker sa loob ng takip ng inyong recycling bin at gamitin ang recycling search (o paghahanap ukol sa pagre-recycle) sa makethemostofwaste.co.nz

Napangangalagaan ng pagre-recycle ang mga likas na kayamanan at nakatitipid sa enerhiya, nakatutulong na pangalagaan ang ating kapaligiran.

Ang mga gamit nang materyales ay nagiging mga bagong produkto sa pamamagitan ng pagre-recycle.

Ang Konseho ng Auckland ay nagtatakda ng pangongolekta ng mga ire-recycle sa halos lahat ng lugar. Magkakaiba ang pagre-recycle depende sa kung saan kayo nakatira.

Maaari ninyong i-recycle ang mga lalagyan mula sa kusina, banyo at labahan:

• mga plastik na bote at sisidlan

• mga kristal na bote at garapon

• mga lata at sisidlang lata

• papel at karton.

Huwag maglalagay ng mga plastik na supot, damit, mga tirang pagkain o basura mula sa halamanan sa inyong recycling bin.
