General advice fo your windows

A good window can do more than just let in air and light: It is an aesthetical element and at the same time, a compo-nent that must fulfil high technical requirements. Apart from the important care of the fittings com-ponents, you should also constantly check the sur-face-finish, the glazing, and the gaskets, and im-mediately repair defec-tive areas.

Safety and neglect instructions1 Do not subject the

sash to additional loads!

2 Do not press sashes up against the opening edge (window reveal)!

3 Do not insert anything in the opening gap be-tween the sash and frame!

4 Risk of injury (e.g. catching one’s finger) in the opening gap be-tween the sash and frame!

5 Risk of falling out!6 Do not leave sashes

open in the turn mode during strong winds!
