workspace where the user can
view the invoice image in the
document viewer and allocate
the cost.

When the allocation is done
the user can respond to the
message.
Use @ to mention other
employees.
After 15 minutes the user
can no longer delete the
message.

The new unread message
appears in the To-Dos menu in
