Introducing the MTS Nickel Plated Carbon Steel Chain-Link Style handcuffs. Using a perfect fine blanking process that results in exceptional tolerances, heat treated for extra strength and durability, double lock mechanism, 20 locking positions, 2 pawl, supplied with two standard keys. The cuffs are 9” overall in length and weighs just under 9oz.

Notice: These handcuffs are designed for the temporary restraint of wrists in law enforcement, corrections and security situations and do not provide complete restraint. A restrained subject should be considered a possible threat and should be kept under observation. These handcuffs are not designed to be fully pick proof, shim proof or tamper resistant. These handcuffs must not be used for any other purpose. INSTRUCTIONSSingle Lock: To lock, press handcuff on each wrist and rotate jaw until the ratchet engages. Tighten the handcuff; being careful not to pinch the skin, catch clothing or other materials. To unlock, insert key and rotate key one quarter turn clockwise to release the ratchet. Do not turn the key with undue force and ensure that the key is rotated in the clockwise direction. Double Lock: To lock, press handcuff on the wrist and rotate jaw until the ratchet engages. Tighten the handcuff; being careful not to pinch the skin, catch clothing or other materials. Once secured, use the tip on the key to depress the pawl pin located on the side of the handcuff housing. Once the pawl pin is depressed the jaws of the handcuff will be locked in place. To unlock, first rotate the key counterclockwise to reset the pawl pin and then clockwise to disengage the ratchet. Do not turn the key with undue force. IMPORTANT: Handcuffs should be kept in single lock mode when not in use to allow for rapid use in an emergency. Once both wrists are secured, immediately double lock the handcuffs to prevent over tightening and to make picking the lock more difficult. In case of exposure to water, wipe dry with a clean, lint free cloth. Allow handcuffs to dry before storing. Lubricate occasionally with light machine oil, such as 3-in-One® Multi-Purpose oil. EXTREME OC

This unique gel formula outperforms conventional OC sprays. The maxium strength 1.4% Capsaicinoids concentration is suspended in a sticky gel that sprays farther and sticks on contact to minimize cross-contamination. When used indoors, there is less chance of contaminating the surrounding areas or effecting bystanders. When used outdoors, it reduces the chance of blowback in windy conditions. The non-flammable formula will not ignite with stun guns or similar electronic devices.
