Hospitality suites are available for a one-time charge of $275. This fee does not include food, beverage or room costs. Sponsors may bring in their own refreshments.

Parlors with connecting bedrooms (adjacent to meeting rooms) are available for $178 per day payable to the hotel. A one-time bed removal fee of $45 will also apply. Arrangements must be made through MAC; Tan-Tar-A will not accept reservations until approval is given by the Association.

The Hotel will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or claim arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel’s premises, except for any claims, losses or damages arising directly from its negligence.

• Giveaways — Vendors are encouraged to give away ONE gift. Participants will be given time on stage Monday afternoon to hold their drawings.

• Theme — Escape to the great outdoors. We will sleep under the stars and gather around the campfire to tell ghost stories and roast marshmallows. Come camping with the counties!

Booth Assignments/Contractor• Booth assignments are based on Associate Member (MAC-AM) status, sponsorship level, application receipt date, location preference, type of display and number of spaces. You will be notified of your booth assignment in late October. Note that diagrammed booth locations are approximate and may be adjusted.

• Tan-Tar-A will serve as the official service contractor for the Expo. Questions relating to electrical needs, shipping, etc., should be directed to Elisabeth Rydeen at 573-348-8555. A vendor kit will be mailed upon booth confirmation.
