Alan was getting ready for a beach trip after school
had ended. Alan was really excited and was
texting his friends about the upcoming trip. During Alan’s texting, his mother
asked for his help in cleaning up a few items in the kitchen. Alan told his mom he was too
busy to help and continued texting his
friends about all the things he was going to do on his
upcoming beach trip.

Sue was on her way to ballet class to practice
for the upcoming recital. On her way in she
noticed that one of her classmates, Jill, was outside crying. Sue noticed that Jill had
broken her headband that was required for the recital. Even though Sue had an extra headband,
she knew she was running late to class. So
Sue ran into the building without
talking to Jill.

John had waited all week to play with his cousins. As he waited by the front
door for their car, he saw his mom unloading the groceries from the
truck. Just then his aunt pulled up and honked. John ran to his aunt’s
car…. He remembered something and asked his
aunt to please wait a minute. John ran over to his mom and helped her take the six bags of
groceries into the house.

Anna was at the airport waiting to get on an
airplane so she could see her family back in
California. Anna was traveling alone and was
reading a book while waiting for her airplane to
leave. While waiting, Anna saw that a woman sitting next to her was having a difficult time taking care of her 5
children. Anna asked the woman next to her
if she needed any help and proceeded to play with 2 of her children.

Mark was getting ready for an upcoming scouting trip
with friends from his church. Mark was really excited to go and earn merit badges that he needed for his Eagle
Scout. While packing his camping gear, Mark
knocked over his dad’s tool chest in the garage. Mark decided to push the tools under the
bench and finish packing his gear.

Lindsay was helping her dad and brothers on the
farm. Lindsay was helping feed the chickens. While she was sprinkling feed,
she saw that her dad was having a hard time
carrying a bag of feed over to the horse cages.
Lindsay called for help from her brothers and rushed over to help her father so he didn’t drop
the bag of feed.
