LRAD Corporation has partnered with a satellite company to provide

near real time mass notification, including live public address. The sat-

ellite device requires no infrastructure for operation and broadcasts can

be activated anywhere in the world through an encrypted Smart phone

app.

The LRAD Command and Control software links multiple activation

locations and controls up to 4,000 locations simultaneously, including

monitoring, silent testing and activating a single unit , multiple units in

a zone through polygon or pre-programmed groups, and/or ALL units

on line. The software also quickly identifies the status of each location,

including battery level, driver/amplifier condition, temperature, power

and more.

SUPERIOR VOICE INTELLIGIBILITY

Based on Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and U.S. Mil-

itary United Facilities Criteria (UFC) guidelines, the minimum standard

for high-powered speaker array (HPSA) mass notification systems is a

0.5 speech transmission index (STI) measurement.

LRAD ONE VOICE systems substantially exceed all FEMA and UFC voice intelligibility requirements with the LRAD 360X almost dou-

bling the standard with a 0.95 STI measurement.
