Set the tone for a difficult personal conversation.

Be direct but gentle.

“Be completely humble and gentle. Be patient, bearing with one another in love.” Eph.4.2

Avoid Sidetracks!

I don’t mean to offend, but we need to go forward. I need you to show up without noticible body odor. I brought it up because it’s my job, and I want you to succeed.
