Can you guarantee any winnings?
No. With all state lotteries, there are many losers compared tothe few winners. No one can guarantee a winner. History hasshown that the club method (or pooling) of lottery play producesmore winning tickets than any other method. Being patient andplaying the lottery through a club gives you a better chance ofbeing part of the jackpot prize.
Who is eligible to join Lotto Magic?
Our club has members worldwide. The only requirement to claima prize in a lottery is that you are 18 years of age (and have awinning ticket!)
Can I play my own numbers?
Yes, however, we don't recommend it. We also will not play yourselection if another Lotto Magic member has your numbers.This is one of our computerized advantages -- no duplicatenumbers among our members. Our computer system also takesinto account past winning number combinations -- and does notplay them again. According to Gail Howard (author of books onlotteries), past drawn number combinations probably won'tappear for another 1,000 to 1,500 years.
How do I know that you are an honest company?

Are lottery clubs and pools legal?
Yes. States with lotteries recognize lottery clubs and poolplaying. Lotto Magic does not sell lottery tickets. Only retailerswho have been contracted by the Florida Lottery Commission areauthorized to sell tickets. Lotto Magic promotes lottery clubplay with our computerized system to enhance our club member'schances of winning. If there are no lotteries in your state, this maybe your only way to play the lottery.
Doesn't the United States Postal Service have rules
regarding lotteries?
Yes, several are in the US Code. Sec. 3005 regarding lotterieshas been on the books for about 50 years. It was written toprevent people from starting their own lotteries. Lotto Magic
is not conducting a lottery -- we are merely a club playing theFlorida lottery. Another statute frequently referred to is Sec.
1302 - Mailing lottery tickets or related matter. We do notmail any lottery tickets or Florida lottery materials through themail.
How do I find out what numbers you are playing for me?
You will receive a welcome letter that will have your numbers onthem. Each month you will also receive a report that shows theprevious month's winning numbers, your team members andtheir lotto numbers, your enroller bonuses, commissions, andwinning ticket profit sharing. Your account balance will be shownas well as how much money is needed to renew your clubmembership for the next month. Winning numbers can beverified on the internet at www.flalottery.com, the official websiteof the Florida State Lottery.

Are lottery clubs and pools legal?
Yes. States with lotteries recognize lottery clubs and poolplaying. Lotto Magic does not sell lottery tickets. Only retailerswho have been contracted by the Florida Lottery Commission areauthorized to sell tickets. Lotto Magic promotes lottery clubplay with our computerized system to enhance our club member'schances of winning. If there are no lotteries in your state, this maybe your only way to play the lottery.
Doesn't the United States Postal Service have rules
regarding lotteries?
Yes, several are in the US Code. Sec. 3005 regarding lotterieshas been on the books for about 50 years. It was written toprevent people from starting their own lotteries. Lotto Magic
is not conducting a lottery -- we are merely a club playing theFlorida lottery. Another statute frequently referred to is Sec.
1302 - Mailing lottery tickets or related matter. We do notmail any lottery tickets or Florida lottery materials through themail.
How do I find out what numbers you are playing for me?
You will receive a welcome letter that will have your numbers onthem. Each month you will also receive a report that shows theprevious month's winning numbers, your team members andtheir lotto numbers, your enroller bonuses, commissions, andwinning ticket profit sharing. Your account balance will be shownas well as how much money is needed to renew your clubmembership for the next month. Winning numbers can beverified on the internet at www.flalottery.com, the official websiteof the Florida State Lottery.

Can you guarantee any winnings?
No. With all state lotteries, there are many losers compared tothe few winners. No one can guarantee a winner. History hasshown that the club method (or pooling) of lottery play producesmore winning tickets than any other method. Being patient andplaying the lottery through a club gives you a better chance ofbeing part of the jackpot prize.
Who is eligible to join Lotto Magic?
Our club has members worldwide. The only requirement to claima prize in a lottery is that you are 18 years of age (and have awinning ticket!)
Can I play my own numbers?
Yes, however, we don't recommend it. We also will not play yourselection if another Lotto Magic member has your numbers.This is one of our computerized advantages -- no duplicatenumbers among our members. Our computer system also takesinto account past winning number combinations -- and does notplay them again. According to Gail Howard (author of books onlotteries), past drawn number combinations probably won'tappear for another 1,000 to 1,500 years.
How do I know that you are an honest company?
