If you are having a mental health crisis or need to speak with a licensed clinician immediately, speak the word “crisis” or press *. For mental health services in a non-crisis situation, press 1.

No prior referral needed. For a higher level of care (inpatient, etc.) authorization is required. Sessions are unlimited as long as it is deemed medically necessary.

For mental health advice, to talk to someone now, or schedule a future appointment. Services include adult, child, and adolescent mental health care, counseling and therapy, crisis intervention, medication management, substance-use disorder treatment, suicide prevention, self-care resources. No referral needed.
